“純米大吟醸 協会1号酵母”は、幻の酵母を用いて、山田錦を50%まで磨いた米で醸したお酒です。米の中心部からくるやさしくキレイな味わいと、幻の酵母からくるしっかりとしたキレある味わいがうまく調和した、唯一無二の純米大吟醸酒です。

“Junmaidaiginjo Kyokai Yeast No.1” is Junmaidaiginjo-shu brewed from the legendary yeast, Kyokai Yeast No.1, and Yamadanishiki rice which is polished to 50%.

This sake has gentle and clear taste that comes from the core of the rice and sharp taste that comes from the legendary yeast. Its well-balanced taste is something that cannot be found in any other Junmaidaiginjo-shu.
